Over the years I've seen how many organizations struggle not because they lack tools or systems, but because their IT teams and management speak different languages. My work revolves around helping both sides gain clarity, communicate better, and move in the same direction.
In my experience, most IT challenges aren't technical problems — they're people problems. So I start with people, expectations, and context before tools. I work through coaching, structured thinking, and practical frameworks, and I aim to build capability, not dependency. When people understand the “why” behind technology, digital initiatives stop being “projects” and become sustainable results.

Background
I've spent my career leading IT in complex, multi-site environments — most of it in garment manufacturing, where clarity, alignment, and strong governance make all the difference. I've built IT foundations for fast-moving operations and large workforces, and guided IT teams from fresh graduates into mature, high-performing units.
My technical depth is balanced with a focus on communication and people development, because technology only works when the people behind it feel supported and understood.
